10th Annual Teen Parent Conference!
February 26, 2013 from 9 am - 1 pm Snow Date: March 5, 2013 10th Annual Conference: A Day for All Teen Parents at Grace Point Church in Newtown. A part of CHC's School-Based Program, the Conference will give approximately 75 young parents access to representatives of 16 Bucks County agencies and 8 area colleges and post-high school training programs. First Book Grant = New Books for CHC Clients!
