FOM is a fun and informative program to help young pregnant women, fathers-to-be, families and friends through the stages of pregnancy and to prepare them for childbirth.

“Focus on Motherhood” eases fears and makes childbirth as comfortable as possible.

This 12-week course, taught by a certified childbirth instructor, meets one evening weekly to explore what it takes to have a healthy pregnancy and birth. Participants master breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as learn what to expect during labor and delivery. The caring instructors help each family find ways to cope with the challenges of teen pregnancy, and the support to turn crisis into a positive new beginning.
